After detalking and racking maturation in stainless steel, the skins are left on for 7–14 days at 25°C.
Color: A really bright ruby color.
Aromas of redcurrant and mulberry with a hint of spice and mint round out the scent profile.
Palate: The wine exhibits a lovely personality in the mouth, with flavors reminiscent of juicy wild fruits that are nicely counterbalanced by a rich, herbal taste. This red wine has a very adaptable character due to its smooth and gentle tannins.
