Edited is meant for the exceptional. We put every bit of our expertise into creating this single malt. Carefully selected barrel profiles are used to subtly impart the hint of peat. Everything to please the authentic whisky enthusiast.

Nose:
A trace of smokiness, along with a hint of espresso, are blended with honey and cocoa. Fruity scents are revealed upon closer inspection.
Palate:
Barley’s grassy flavors emerge first and then give way to delicate peat undertones. They melt gradually, opening the door for a mocha and mint surge.
Finish:
The conclusion is drawn out and lengthy. It finishes on a mild peat note with hints of spice and chocolate mint.
Color:
Rich Amber.
Pairing:
Dark chocolate or a lamb stew with a light spice would go well with the Single Malt’s notes of peat and chocolate mint.
