Vanilla and a touch of honey with a very subtle citrus undertone, counterbalanced by a clear malt nose and touch of blossom.
A light yet well balanced taste, the malt takes more precedence on the palate with the cedar and vanilla flavours from the white oak barrels delivering a rounded sweetness and soft finish.
