PRODUCTION PROCESS
Harvest is programmed in the first days of September. The obtained, after a soft pressing, is fermented in steel tanks at controlled temperature (15-17°C) with selected yeasts. After the first racking, our Pinot Grigio is left on its lees in steel tanks to increase its typical characteristics.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Straw yellow wine, strong and wide bouquet with floral notes of rose and acacia blossoms, with a light aroma of fruits such as pear and apricot. Full-bodied, persistent, properly acid taste with light noble bitterness and great delicacy.

10° – 12° C
PAIRING
It is well paired with herbs, eggs, seafood appetizers, rice with grilled or baked fish and seasonal produce.
