  An ultra-premium tequila from Avion, whose silver tequila was voted ‘world’s best tasting tequila’ at the 2012 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. For this extra-añejo offering, Avion has matured their spirit in traditional oak barrels for 43 months and then filled it into petite oak barrels for one further month – during which point the barrels are rotated daily.The result is a rich tequila with deep aromas of roasted agave and vanilla, complemented by light citrus. Carefully filtered to clarify, our Cristalino brings out the irresistible aromas and tastes from the agave. Richer than anejo, purer than blanco. Made to be sipped slowly, neat or on the rocks.   An ultra premium Tequila from the Jesus Maria region of Jalisco, Clase Azul is a 100% agave Tequila aged for a minimum of 8 months before bottling in a hand painted Talavera carafe.
